My muslin tea bags are handmade with 100% cotton. each bag includes 3 tsps. of your choice of the following:
chamomile, lemon balm, catnip, or mint.

This is enough herbs to make 3 8-12oz cups or 1 pot of the tea. Instructions are included to make a great cup of tea. Just rinse out the bag and reuse for any herb or fresh tea.

This bag is large then the tea bag, and holds 2tsps of each: chamomile, lavender, rosemary and thyme for a soothing bath. to use the bag you just hang it on your bath noozle and let the water run over it. or for a stonger sent you can boil the bag in 2 qts of water for 15-20 minutes, then add to bath.

It is a soothing bath for relaxation and sore muscles.
